Parent & Professional

Consultations

You are lonely.

Working with, parenting, and caring about kids with a history of trauma — and their families — can be so lonely.

Especially during a pandemic.

The number one thing that helped me become a great therapist?

Reflective consultation with therapists I respect and admire.

Therapists…

We aren’t going to just brain-storm cases.

Together we’ll create a space where you get to be YOU.  In all your wonderful YOUness.

You’ll lean into self-compassion as we bravely explore the resonant space-between that you are cultivating with your clients.

Eventually, you’ll feel like you are bringing me into the therapy room with you.  A little bird on your shoulder offering connection and co-regulation- even when we’re apart.

Parents & Caregivers…

You’ve read, listened to podcasts, taken courses.  And you need a little extra help applying that information to your unique situation.

But- you want to connect with someone who really gets it.

Like…REALLY gets it.

And also someone who isn’t judging you.

This is a no shame, no blame space.  Always.

You need a team- and I honored to be a part of it.
